Eggs

Gluten Free Waffles - Van's or Nature's Path Organic (freezer section)

Cauliflower pizza (freezer section) 

Rice Cakes (bread & cracker substitute)

Laughing Cow cheese

Organic Turkey (or deli turkey, I usually choose Low Sodium from this section)

Avocados

Brown rice

Peas

Green beans

Broccoli

Carrots

Spaghetti Squash (pasta substitute)

Hummus 

PB2 (peanut butter) or Almond Butter 

Chicken breast (I like strips because they cook faster)

Turkey Sausage

Theo’s Steaksauce (this tastes great on meat & veggies)

Bananas

Apples

Plums

Berries (raspberries & blackberries are my favorites)

Pistachios 

Purely Elizabeth Granola (I highly recommend any and all flavors!)

Rice crackers 

Kodiak Cakes Syrup (no high-fructose corn syrup and less sugar than maple syrup)

Gluten Free Oats

Red Lentil or Chick Pea Pasta (use this as a whole wheat or white pasta substitute) 

Cottage Cheese (topped with fruit for breakfast or a snack)

Yogurt (Greek or Silk Dairy Free almond milk yogurt)

Halo Top (birthday cake, peanut butter, vanilla mean, mint chip, lemon cake, and chocolate are all gluten free flavors)
