HOW DO I REGISTER ONLINE?

There are two options to gain access to my customized workout plans. You can either purchase one (1) single workout, or sign up for a monthly subscription which will give you access to all of the workouts to use whenever you want or need them (best value). There will be 2 new workouts uploaded each week.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A VIRTUAL SESSION WITH YOU?

If you are at the point in your life where you are ready for accountability, consistency, learning, and lots of laughs, you can fill out the form below to get in touch! The price for a 60 minute consultation is $75.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T HAVE ALL OF THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT?

There are several ways around this. There are workouts on my site that do not require equipment. You can also improvise with what you have (for example, if you don't have a kettlebell, use a dumbbell).

Here is a list of alternatives if you do not wish to purchase equipment:

Kettlebell - dumbbell (or 2 dumbbells for more weight)

Gliders - paper plates/coffee filters/socks on hardwood floors

1-3 LB Weights - soup cans

5 LB Weights - bag of sugar

Long resistance band (for stretching) - bath towel

Treadmill - run outside

Bench - sturdy indoor or outdoor bench

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO VIRTUALLY TRAIN WITH YOU?

Virtual training sessions can be done through Zoom or Facetime, wherever you are, with whatever equipment you have.


Consultation Fee (60 mins): $75

Virtual Training Session (1 hour): $65

Virtual Training Session (45 mins): $50

Virtual Training Session (30 mins): $40

Virtual Training Session for Groups of 2-5 (1 hour): $55 per person

Virtual Training Session for Groups of 2-5 (45 mins): $40 per person

Virtual Training Session for Groups of 2-5 (30 mins): $30 per person

Cancellation policy: 12 hours in advance or full payment is due.
