Arabella is a one-of-a-kind coach who is also a cheerleader for her clients. Arabella is very knowledgeable and extremely focused on her clients. In fact, Arabella would occasionally fly out of town, and leave work out plans and videos to reference for me to continue my committed workouts in her absence. As a result, I would literally hear her voice in the background cheering me on to finish the last set. After each workout, I would send her a selfie as proof that I went into the gym and completed my workout assignments. By the way, I did not mention that I am a 27-year veteran high school teacher, and I always complete my homework! As a 50+ client, Arabella ensured that she provided me with an individualized plan, which included a wholesome workout session - AND POSITIVE RESULTS! I went from a size 14 to a size 10 in 6-months because she kept me focused on my goal!

I've been working out with Bella since 2018. At first I was looking to lose weight, but what I've gained out of my experiences with her has been so much more than that. After losing 40lbs, I gained a new perspective on exercise, nutrition, using my body, and my whole attitude about life in general. Her personality and energy are incredibly motivating. Her philosophy on movement, mental/physical/emotional health, and nutrition have definitely redefined my perspectives on diet and workout culture. I have been working out with Arabella for almost 2 years. She is an amazing trainer. She knows the body incredibly well and pushes you to reach your fitness goals. Before I started with Arabella, I could barely do 5 push-ups. Now, I warm up with 40! In addition, she knows the pathophysiology of the body very well and is aware of the different mechanisms that generate great results. When I hurt my ankle, she was able to adjust my work out so I still got a great sweat in without jeopardizing my injury ( after I was approved by my MD to get back on the horse)! My body has noticeably changed from training with her. She is a 10 out of 10 every time!

I can not recommend Arabella enough! I started working out with her in the begging of quarantine to keep myself on track and accountable. I used to dread workouts but needed to lose weight. Arabella has COMPLETELY shifted my mindset. I get in a workout at least 4-5 times a week now and it’s all because of her. I am so much more confident in myself and feel stronger than ever. She challenges me every single session. She’s worth every penny and that hour a day is my favorite part of my day now!

My first workout with Arabella she told me to do two sets of 10 pushups in the warmup...I tried to hide my shocked face knowing I could barely do one pushup. After maybe 3 pushups I went to my knees when she told me, "pushups on your knees don't do the same job." Now, 3 months later, I can do 4 sets of 10 pushups and am feeling stronger than ever!

Arabella is an amazing trainer. I have done weekly virtual workouts with her for the past four months, and every week I am so impressed with how upbeat and motivational she is able to be, even through FaceTime. Arabella’s workouts are incredible and push me every single time. She has kept me motivated and in shape during Covid, when I easily could have slacked off.
